• Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply.
• Refunds: within 14 days if you have completed no more than 20% of a course.
• Chargebacks on valid purchases may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
• Avoid unlawful, harassing, or infringing behavior.
• Respect the learning experience of other users.

6. Intellectual property

All content and trademarks are owned by ModernBridge Insight or its licensors. You may not use our brand or materials except as permitted by these Terms.
